Late order modifications mean additional work and costs for us. As soon as we have confirmed a customer order (as a rule one or two days after receipt of payment), the order has been administratively processed: ticket printed and marked, hardware in stock sorted out, missing hardware, parts and materials ordered, production scheduled, etc.

Revisiting the order to process changes is a time consuming and often costly task that we regret we need to be compensated for, thank you for your understanding.
