Test a BITE bass at home for up to one week, pay only one-way shipping, here’s how it works:

1. Add a test bass to the cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to make full payment. That money is a refundable deposit, it is still yours.
2. After you have received your test bass, keep it for up to one week free of charge, have fun!
3. You receive a free return label from us. When time’s up, wrap and box the bass again in its original packaging, attach the label and drop the box off the nearest parcel shop of the label’s delivery company.
4. Shipping back and forth is insured, no need to worry about damage or loss in transit, but kindly treat the test bass nicely. We expect to receive it back in the same condition as dispatched except for customary traces of usage. Do not unscrew any parts. We’ll send you pictures taken before dispatch so we all can feel at ease.
5. As soon as the test bass is back with us, we will refund your deposit less one-way shipping costs (those are the shipping costs that you paid at checkout when ordering your test bass).
6. If you keep the bass in excess of one week, we need to charge a rental fee of 10€ per delayed day until dispatch. The fee will be accumulated and deducted from your deposit until it reaches the total bass purchase value, then the bass is yours, you can keep it.
7. If you wish to keep the bass anyway, tell us within the free one-week-period, you will get your shipping costs refunded.
8. If you order a custom bass from us within one month after your trial period, you will get your test shipping costs deducted from your purchase price, this means you enjoy free shipping. 
9. Promotional discounts, free shipping, free gig bags, payment by instalments or any other promotions are not applicable. Only one test bass at a time per customer.

For the time being, this offer is only available within European Union (EU) member countries. Below pictures are only exemplary. Body shapes, pickup types, nut widths and neck profiles are as ordered.
